Thoughts of Autumn…. Embracing the New!

Hello, Darlings!

It’s been a while and for good reason! Lots of exciting things happening, great opportunities and positive changes.

Can you believe it’s officially autumn? Thank goodness no one has sent mother nature the memo, we’ve had quite a few  85+ degree days, which is fine by me as I truly do love summer.

Autumn is all about change, hopefully, the last 9 months have been fruitful and you are where you want to be, if not, do not panic or beat yourself up.  You are exactly where you are supposed to be, it sounds corny I know, but it’s true. Remember LIFE happens.

We can plan all we want, but at the end of the day, LIFE is going to determine what happens next.

I used to be one of those women who was extremely hard on myself if things did not go a certain way.  I used to berate myself and put myself down because I felt I should have accomplished whatever it was I happened to be focused on at the time.

I am no longer that woman, after a series of personal life events, I have realized that life is far too short to beat myself up {there are outside forces to do that for you} I learned that I need to be kind to myself, not berate myself when things don’t turn out as planned and to just simply do my very best and just BE! I recognized some time ago, that you truly are what you think

Take this last quarter of the year and put your all into making it the very best you can. Everyone’s best looks different; don’t worry about what the next person is doing or what they have accomplished.  Praise your highs, recognize your lows and adjust; give yourself a high five no matter how small, you’ll notice the more often you do that the better you’ll feel and who knows, you may just make it to the moon and back!

Right now I’m taking on that same attitude. I’m loving myself even more and I’ve learned how to forgive myself also through the process. Thanks for this post Lana! ❤️❤️
